today went there at 4.30pm... did gym and everyone soo strong.LOL.muscular?

then, did shutter run, incline pull up and jog 2 rounds.cool~
trg and match with yuying sec.i did not play,ny team super strong.
im too noob to play.XDlucky they nva ask me go in in the middle of the game.its ''WOW'' ~~
physical for today was the jumpjumpjump. 10 sets/times. gt do it in sec sch. but... now it's different.u mus jump continuously. just the way HAHA jiaolian does it.im improving~XD
